How to Purchase Your Yearbook

Your school has provided you with a unique online store URL and a passcode to purchase your yearbook.

Step 1: Access the Online Store


Begin by entering the provided URL into your web browser. Once the page loads, use the passcode to gain access to your school's online store.




Step 2: Familiarize Yourself with the Webpage Layout


Upon accessing the store, you'll encounter a webpage with several key elements:


A. Home Button: Located in the top navigation bar, the Home button allows you to return to the main homepage of the online store at any time.


B. Sign/Register Button: Found in the top right corner, this button enables you to either sign into your existing account by entering your credentials or create a new account by providing the necessary information.


C. Cart Icon: Situated near the Sign/Register button, the Cart icon displays the number of items currently in your cart. Clicking on it will take you to your cart, where you can view and manage the items you intend to purchase.


D. School Logo: Prominently displayed in the header section, the school logo represents your institution. Please note that some schools may choose not to display a logo, leaving this area blank.


E. Product Display Area: This is the main section of the webpage where you can browse all the products available for sale by your school.


F. Add to Cart Button: Positioned next to each product listing, the Add to Cart button allows you to add the selected product, to your shopping cart.




Step 3: Add Your Yearbook to the Cart

Click the Add to Cart button (F) next to the yearbook to add it to your cart. You can click the button multiple times if you wish to purchase multiple copies, and you can also add different products to your cart as needed.


After clicking the Add to Cart button, an overview will appear in the top left corner of the webpage, displaying your current order and providing a summary of the items you have selected.



After adding all the desired products and specifying the number of copies, click on the Checkout button (A) to proceed with your purchase.

This action will take you to the checkout page, where you can review your order details,  enter your kid(s) and payment information, and complete the transaction securely.



    


Warning: Some schools may limit the number of yearbooks you can purchase. Be sure to check any restrictions to avoid exceeding the allowed quantity.




Step 4:  Sign In or Create an Account


If you have not signed in previously, you will need to either sign in to your existing account or create a new one. To sign in, enter your username and password in the designated fields and click the Sign In button. If you are a new user, select the Register option and provide the required information to set up your account, such as your name, email address, and a secure password.



Ensure your password is strong and unique to protect your account. Avoid sharing your login information with others.






Important: If you have children attending different schools that are using the Mememto Yearbook, you can use the same account to check out and purchase yearbooks for each school. This feature allows for a streamlined purchasing process across multiple institutions, eliminating the need to create separate accounts for each school.




Step 5: Checkout


During the checkout process, you will encounter several important sections that need to be completed to finalize your purchase.


A. Delivery Method: Depending on how your school has configured the delivery options, you will either pick up the yearbook directly from the school or have it delivered to your home address. Please note that the delivery method is predetermined by the school, and you cannot choose or alter this option.


B. Billing Address: Enter your complete billing address accurately in the designated fields. This information is necessary to process your payment and ensure that your billing details match those of your payment method.


Important: If your school has selected the "Ship to Home" delivery method, an additional Shipping Address section will appear. You must fill out this section with your accurate shipping information to ensure the timely and correct delivery of your yearbook.


C. My Kids: In the My Kids section, you can enter information about your child or children who are associated with the yearbook purchase. This field is optional and primarily intended for parents purchasing yearbooks for their children. If you are a teacher or school staff member purchasing on behalf of the school, you can leave this section blank.


D. Order Summary: In the Order Summary section, you will see a detailed list of all the products you have added to your cart. This overview includes the name of each item, the quantity selected, individual prices, and the total cost of your order.





Step 6 - Entering Your Kid's Details


To add your child's details to your order, follow these steps.


Click on the Add New Kid Button (C)

A - In the Add Kid dialog, you will be prompted to enter a Parent Passcode. This passcode should have been provided to you by your school. Carefully enter the passcode into the designated Passcode Field to proceed.


B - After entering the passcode, click on the Unlock Feature button. This will grant you access to the Kid Detail Dialog, where you can input your child's information.


A. Enter First and Last Name: The Kid Detail Dialog will open, allowing you to enter your child's first and last name in the respective fields.


B. Automatic Teacher and Grade Selection:

In some cases, your school may have already entered all students' information. You can quickly look up your child's details, and the Teacher and Grade fields will be filled automatically based on the existing data.


B. Manually Entering Teacher and Grade:

If your child's information is not pre-filled, you can manually enter the Teacher and Grade information:


Teacher Field: Click on the Teacher field, type your child's teacher's name, and press Enter to ensure the teacher is properly entered.


Grade Field: Similarly, click on the Grade field, enter the appropriate grade level, and press Enter to confirm.

C. Click Add Kid When Done: After entering all the necessary information, click the Add Kid button to save your child's details to your order. You can repeat this process to add multiple children if needed.


After entering your child's details, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page.



A. Viewing Your Newly Added Kid: You will see your newly added child (e.g., Tom Smith) listed on the Checkout page.


B. Removing Your Newly Added Kid: To remove a child from your order, click on the minus icon next to their name. This action will immediately remove the selected child from your order.


C. Adding Another Kid: If you need to add information for another child, simply click on the Add New Kid button.


D. Proceeding to Payment: Once you have finished adding all necessary children, click on the Continue to Payment. This will take you to the Purchasing page, where you can finalize your payment and complete the purchase of your yearbook.





Step 7 - Making the Payment


To finalize your yearbook purchase, follow these steps to complete the payment process.


A - Review Your Information Summary: On the Purchasing page, you will see an Info Summary section. This section displays your email address, billing address, shipping address (if applicable), and a list of your children included in the order. Carefully review all the information to ensure its accuracy. If any details are incorrect, you can return to previous steps to make the necessary adjustments.


B - Verify Your Order Summary: Below the Info Summary, the Order Summary section lists all the products you are ordering, including the yearbook and any additional items. Take a moment to perform a final check of the products, quantities, and prices to confirm that everything is correct before proceeding.


C - Enter Your Payment Details: In the Payment Information section, securely enter your credit card details. 


This includes:

  1. Credit Card Number: Enter the 16-digit number found on the front of your credit card.
  2. Expiration Date: Input the month and year your credit card expires.
  3. CVC Number: Provide the 3-digit security code located on the back of your credit card.


Security note: All payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial data. Ensure that you are on a secure network before entering your payment details.


D - Complete the Payment:

After verifying all information and entering your payment details, click on the Pay button to finalize your purchase. 

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account
